I ordered chocolate covered strawberries as a part of my bridesmaid proposals. But they were arranged as flowers...i think it was called bundle of berries.
SO pretty and adorable! They loved it.
-Shipping was on time
-Customer service was great
Overall very satisfied. I just wish it was availble in more towns but seems i can only order for friends and family in select postal codes.

I received a fruit n flower arrangements on a Saturday. It was wonderful!!The fruit was delicious, fresh , cold and tasted great. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. I don't understand all neg reviews. Maybe quality is store by store and not nationwide. I have nothing negative to say . 5 stars

Tried to order from their website but the website would not allow me put in my state. Called the company to order over the phone and they would not honor the flex discount which was offered to me on the website (customer service rep said she did not know what that was) so she only gave me the merchandise discount. On the website I was offered a $12.00 discount which was not honored over the phone. I have a copy of what I was offered in my online shopping cart but that didn't matter to them. Not sure I will order from them again... at least not from Perrysburg, OH.

Ordered 3x this year as gifts and been a recipient twice this year. I’ve not had any issues with ordering or delivery from my local store in Ohio.
Only three stars though because the fruit I received went bad in about two days, both times. I don’t think it’s very fresh.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
THE KIRKLAND LOCATION NEEDS A LESSON IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
I paid $50 for a cookie bundle to be delivered. I did NOT receive a eta for delivery. I called the morning of FIVE MINUTES prior to the Kirkland location opening, left a message and requested a phone call back. I wanted to know what the estimated time of delivery was because the recipient was leaving the deliver location at 130pm .
I DID NOT see the disclaimer that states they don't start delivery until 1pm (even tho they open at 9?!) Maybe they should have that more visible on the website and the order form?? Nevertheless-
Had I received a phone call back and received clarification that delivery starts at 1pm, I would have offered to pick up my order and deliver to the recipient before she left as I had plenty of time to do so.
When I inquired later about this I was basically just told "too bad, that's the policy and deliver times"
When I inquired about a refund or partial refund the very monotoned individual on the phone wasted no time to deny it and talked OVER me to again repeat that the policy is the policy and that's just how it is.
NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I UTILIZE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!!! WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND THEY CANT EVEN OFFER DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thankyou London ON Hyde Park Location for assisting me in placing an edible order. I was thrilled to receive an email suggesting that my son in Ottawa received his delivery from London...so cool that your driver took a pic of my son receiving his delivery..as I have not seen my son since the summer. THANKYOU and THANKYOU..it made my day. I will certainly be ordering again.

I ordered an arrangement fir my mom's birthday. The whole process was extremely easy. The arrangement was delivered and delicious.

I love to write reviews and normally use my own words but when my friend received the gift she said "it looked expensive and was boxed so wonderfully and Godiva came in a separate box, It looked expensive, I knew you were rich." I am so glad to have sent a gift that looked beautiful, tasted great, and brought a smile to the Birthday girl. We are living during some difficult times so I find joy in making others happy. I would highly recommend sending an "Edible Arrangements" gift to all of the special people in your life. From a variety of fruit to chocolate and balloons; let "Edible Arrangements" bring some pleasure to your loved ones.

Mom couldn’t tell who it was from and didn’t know that it needed refrigeration! You are delivering to many Seniors, make these things obvious please!
